HiddenTechies is the copyright holder of all software sold on this site. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without HiddenTechies’s permission, is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website.
License
By purchasing a product of HiddenTechies:
- Customer will receive source code open 100%.
- Customer will obtain a License Certificate which will remain valid until the Customer stops using the Product or until HiddenTechies terminates this License because of Customer's failure to comply with any of its Terms and Conditions. Each License Certificate includes a license serial which is valid for one live Magento installation only and unlimited test Magento installations.
- You are allowed to customize our products to fit with your using purpose.
Product Update
HiddenTechies does upgrade regularly to meet new requests from customers or make our products work with later versions of Magento. Customers purchased a product from HiddenTechies will get the updated versions for Free by logging in our store and go to My account -> My downloadable products. Follow our Blog or newsletter for the updated information.
Support
HiddenTechies offers 90 days FREE support for all of your paid extensions. Support includes answering questions related to our products, bug/error fixing to make sure our products work well on your site exactly like our demo. Support does not include customizing our product to fit your own needs. We strongly believe that 90 days being beside you is stable enough to make the extension work perfectly on your site.
We also support for free products, however, you will have to purchase support package. To ask for support or report bugs, please submit a ticket to our Support system. Please kindly understand that tickets that arrive at our weekend will be processed when we’re back to the office on next Monday.
Refund
We offer 14-day money back guarantee for all of our products. You can get a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with our product during 14 days after your purchase. Please submit a ticket with your order information to our ticket system to request refund. You will receive the refund within 12 days since your request is confirmed.
All refund requests after 14 days are not accepted. Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation and customization services. In addition, once you use our free installation service offer, in such case refund will not be possible.
You are requested to check the demo before purchasing any product as Refund for the feature which is not available in the prduct, will not be considered for Refund Reason.
In case if you have any issues or conflict with your website/store or theme, you must allow enough time and information to fix the issue, fail to provide such information and without your co-operation its not possible to fix issues and in such case refund will not be possible.
We reserve rights to take legal actions if you are found continue using our products or services even after getting refunds.
Changes to this privacy policy
Please note that these Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. HiddenTechies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Regardless, we will post any Terms and Conditions changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
These Terms and Conditions go into effect on 21st Dec 2019.
