1. Create PrestaShop Database Backup using DB Back-up tool in PrestaShop Back-Office<\/p>\n

Go to Back-Office: Advanced Parameters > Database > DB Backup (tab)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Click the \u201cI have read the disclaimer<\/strong> button to create new database back-up.<\/p>\n

Now click on “Download the backup file”<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Scroll down and you will see all the created database backup list. You can view or delete those backup files.<\/p>\n

2. Restore PrestaShop Database using phpmyadmin<\/p>\n

Once you have database backup files, you can restore database of your site. Follow the below steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enable maintenance mode for your store. ( Preferences > Maintenance<\/strong>, disable the \u201cEnable Shop\u201d<\/strong> option. )<\/p>\n

Connect to “phpMyAdmin”<\/strong> and select your current database.<\/p>\n

At the top of the screen, select the “Import”<\/strong> tab<\/p>\n

Click on the “Browse”<\/strong> button in opened window and select the backup file for your database from your local drive <\/p>\n
