Blanks.ca required automation in the manual system for product inventory, real-time pricing, order billing system. They wanted automation in managing phone calls and typing of emails. The previous version of the client's website struggled to deliver performance due to slow site speed.
The time it takes for a page to load is exceedingly long, resulting in a higher rate of customer abandonment. Another issue was the absence of mobile friendly user interfaces in small screens.
