How Do I Get Product Updates?

Once update available for your purchased products, you will receive email about new update. Then you are able to download the same from My account > My Downloadable Products section.

Do you offer hosting for Magento 2 themes?

No, we don't offer, but we have a few Magento 2 hosting recommendations listed here.

Do You Provide Install Guide?

Yes, Our premium products include installation guide providing step by step instructions for installation.

What kind of support do you offer?

We are offering 6 months free support on all our premium products. Support includes answering questions related to our products, bug/error fixing to make sure our products work well on your site exactly like our demo. Support does not include customizing our product to fit your own needs. Support for our free products is not guaranteed but is provided when possible.

Are Your Extensions Compatible with Different Browsers?

When I Purchase My Product, how do I Get It?

What is the Procedure of Reporting a Bug?

You can report by creating a ticket from the support section at HiddenTechies and wait for specialist to respond to the ticket. Please do not send emails regarding it as we do not reply to queries via emails.

What are Your Rates for Custom Development?

Our rates are $13 per hour.
