Customer always need an assistance to complete an order. As an Admin you can create entire order form backend for registered customers who need assistance. The Create New Order form includes all the information that is needed to complete the normal checkout process.

Step 1: Get Started
Login into Magento Admin Panel and from sidebar go to, Customers > All Customers
Step 2: Create a New Order
Find the customer in the grid and in the Action column click on Edit button.
In the workspace header, click Create Order.
If your store has multiple views, choose the store view where the order is to be placed.
Step 3: Add Products
Here you can add Product in two ways.
I. Add Products from the Customers Activities section
From Customer Activities Section you can add product.
Then Scroll down and click Update Changes. The Product appears in the order form.
II. Add Products from the Catalog
Click on Add Product button.
Now select the product from list and then click on “Add Selected Products to Order”.
If you want to add coupon code then add it here.
Now scroll down and at the last Add ” Payment & Shipping Information”.
Step 4: Submit the Order
Now click on Submit Order button.
A confirmation is sent to the customer and the customer can view the order details from their account.
