In this article, we’ll show you, how to configure shipping preferences in PrestaShop. Follow this simple guideline as shown below.
Step 1:
To configure some general shipping options, Login into PrestaShop Back-Office and navigate to Shipping > Preferences.
Step 2:
In the Handling section define the below information.
- Handling charges: Enter the handling expenses of the order.
- Free shipping starts at (Price): Enter the price after which your customers will receive free shipping.
- Free shipping starts at (Weight): Enter the weight after which your customers will receive free shipping.
Click the Save button to apply changes.
Step 3:
In the Carrier options section define the below information.
- Default carrier: Select the option for default carrier from the dropdown.
- Sort by: Choose to sort the list by shipping price or by their position.
- Order by: Select the order in which the carriers are sorted to be set.
Click the Save button to apply changes. That’s it!
