Step 1: Get Started

Login into Magento Admin Panel and from sidebar go to, Marketing > SEO & Search > Search Terms

Step 2: Add Search Terms

Now click on the Add New Search Term button.

Here fill the general information

Search Query: Enter the search query here.
Store: Select the store.
Redirect URL: Add the redirect URL here.
Display in suggestion terms: Set to Yes.

Now click on Save Search button.
