Step 1: Get Started
Login into Magento Admin Panel and from sidebar go to, Store > Settings > Configuration
Step 2: Configure the Contact Us Form
Now from sidebar go to, General > Contacts
Expand the Contact Us section and set Enable Contact Us to Yes.
Email Options
Send Emails to: Enter the email address where messages from the Contact Us form are sent.
Email Sender: To the store identity that appears as the sender of the message from the Contact Us form.
Email Template: Template that is used for messages sent from the Contact Us form.
Click on Save Config button.
