Step 1: Get Started

Login into Magento Admin Panel and from sidebar go to, Store > Settings > Configuration

Step 2: Enable Gift Options

Now from sidebar go to, Sales > Sales

Now expand Gift Options.

Now set the Gift Message options according to your preference:

• Allow Gift Messages on Order Level
• Allow Gift Messages for Order Items

Now click on Save Config button.
