Step 1: Get Started
Login into Magento Admin Panel and from sidebar go to, Store > Settings > Configuration
Step 2: Enable Order Status Notification
Now from sidebar go to, Catalog > RSS Feed
Now Expand Order.
Here Set Customer Order Status Notification to Enable.
Now click on Save Config Button.
