Step 1: Get Started
Login into Magento Admin Panel and from sidebar go to, Store > Settings > Configuration
Step 2: Enable Cookie Restriction Mode
Now from sidebar go to, General > Web. Expand Default Cookie Settings
Cookie Lifetime: Enter the Cookie Lifetime in seconds.
Cookie Path: If you want to make cookies available to other folders, enter the Cookie Path.
Cookie Domain: To make the cookies available to a subdomain, enter the subdomain name in the Cookie Domain field.
Cookie Restriction Mode: Set Cookie Restriction Mode to Yes.
Click on Save Config button. Now Flush the Cache and check on Frontend.
