Step 1: Get Started
Login into Magento Admin Panel and from sidebar go to, Store > Settings > Configuration
Step 2: Configure Shipping Policy
Now from sidebar go to, Sales > Shipping Settings
Now Expand “Shipping Policy Parameter”
Set Yes to Apply custom Shipping Policy and Enter your Shipping Policy into the text box.
Now click on Save Config button.
