First, Download the Facebook Chat PrestaShop Module.

Go to the Back-Office: Module manager > Upload a module.

Drop the zip file or click on select file.

Go ahead wait for PrestaShop to complete the installation process. After a few seconds, that Configure button will be show.

Click on Configure button, and you will get configuration page for Facebook Chat.

  • Enable Facebook Chat: Select Yes/No to Enable/Disable it.
  • Page ID: Enter the Facebook Page ID.
  • Theme Color: Set the theme color for the Facebook chat window
  • Chat Minimized: Select Yes/No for Minimized/Maximized chat window

Now, click on Save button to apply the changes.
